Thanks for the feedback. I agree that the identifying membership wording is hard to understand. I may use something like that or maybe just “make main group” to save space.

Also, I might make it so that password and confirm password completely disappear if you check the random password and email box, and then have this checked by default. The email options will probably turn into a radio switch that is always either one or the other.

regarding the wording:

“Make this an identifying membership” is hard to understand the meaning of what this is doing.

suggestions for wording:
“Show the Group-Name at the Profile of this User”
“Show Group-Name at Users Profile”

is it possible to do the following:

if you look within the first Screenshot:

1)
remove the fields “Username” , “Password” and “Confirm Password” ?
So this would make life easier for the Group-Admin, as in most cases he would only know the “Name” and “e-mail” of the person he would like to invite to the group.

2)
the check-box named “send email” should be SELECTED by default. On the other hand, the checkbox is actually not required, because what would happen if the person will not receive a notification e-mail ? The person being invited definitely needs to receive a mail (this should be default).
