BP Group Control is a Buddypress plugin for social sites that require a stronger group identity for their users and increased group admin powers over users in their groups. It is BP 1.2 and WP 2.9.2 compatible.

Features
- Group admins can add new members to the site directly into their groups.
- Group admins can delete members that they created from the site
- Sends email to newly created users
- Users can have an “identifying group” that shows up next to their name in directories and on their profile. Group admins can select this for users, or users can select for themselves.
- Rich options page: everything above can be turned on or off individually, permissions set differently for site admins vs. group admins and for private vs. public groups
Installation
- Upload BP-Group-Control to your plugins directory
- Move the folder “bp-group-control” into the top level of your active theme
- Activate BP-group-control
